By renting from Cajun Pro Equipment Rental, the renter agrees to all terms and conditions herein. Payment in full or partial payment may be required prior to release of equipment. A non-refundable security deposit is required at checkout. The renter is fully responsible for the equipment from pickup until return and assumes all liability for loss, damage, theft, misuse, or neglect. Equipment must be returned on time and in the same condition received. Late returns, excessive wear, cleaning, or damages may result in additional charges. No refunds for early returns or cancellations. Cajun Pro Equipment Rental reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
